NP Essex was established by Chartered Structural Engineer Pirooz Amerian, who has over 25 years of experience in the industry, having previously worked for large construction and engineering companies.  Pirooz’s experience ranges from multi-million pound industrial and commercial developments, to residential extensions, loft conversions and new buildings.  Pirooz has a Masters degree in Structural Engineering and is a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE).

 

Pirooz formed the company along with Neda who has many years’ experience in designing bespoke layouts for residential projects. Neda is experienced in working with local authorities and understanding the requirements and conditions necessary in order to achieve planning approval.

 

At NP Essex we provide a full range of services tailored to your needs. Our expertise includes consultation, drawings and all required documents for planning approval and/or building control, submitting planning applications, structural advice and structural drawings and calculations.
